Just found this thread. It's been fun to read through. You made stunning blocks! Wow! And what a nice collection you received back in your own box. This sounds like a fun swap and is a similar idea to the Boomerang swap going on right now on the board.

A table runner at 2 blocks x 6 blocks (24"x72" ) could be very pretty with what you've received.

I will end up with 12 blocks I've got to make two of my own using Angle play patterns. Thinking just a runner 2 blocks wide and 6 blocks long, maybe a little sashing around. Or 3 wide and 4 long. Suggestions??? My table seats 6.

got it now. how wide is the table and are the chairs all opposite each other? or are there chairs on the ends as well?

edit: if you're anything like me, you hate making sashings. those blocks are so many colors that sashings would make them come together better, though. so maybe you should add in something in the middle for sashing.

The table is 2 chairs on each long side and 1 at each end.I have lots of material left from making a quilt called my Wuthering Heights. It was posted long time ago. I still have it on my watched list so if I make a comment then it will come back up andyou will see other fabrics. I think I have enough left to make another quilt.
