My music taste is very eclectic depending on my mood. Anything from classical to rock. My iPod has 5000 songs on it so I can listen for days and not hear the same thing.

Guess I'm the old one here. It's Sinatra or nothing in my room. But usually I don't have any music on as I get carried away with the music and make sewing mistakes. ha

I have the TV on in the sewing room, it's not hooked up to satellite so I play movies. Right now I have the Tudors, last 3 seasons, that my son got me for Christmas. Ooooh, that actor playing King Henry, such a talented actor, makes me wish I was 35 years younger. Yeah, my last surviving hormone keeps on ticking. I actually do sew even if I have to rewind the DVD couple times.

I might be listening to/semi-watching a TV show off DVR, or just have one of the digital music channels I get with my cable package playing. As for which one, depends on my mood and which one's playing the fewest songs that annoy me. ;)

Country! Love the stories. Like all music, especially classical but sew to country.

We have DISH and I listen mostly to Escape which is soothing when actually sewing. I like the 50's to sing and bee-bop along with but that's when I'm up auditioning fabrics from my stash (I tend to pull out a lot before making up my mind :-) and feeling creative! I get some pretty strange looks from my hubby if he comes through the room while I'm dancing around with fabric in my hand!!

I love just about every kind of music from Southern gospel, classical , a little country and I do mean little, jazz, rock, heavy metal and Old School Rap, but my absolute favorite is late 70's early 80's and what I listen to when I quilt and also when I clean house. We have Dish its on Sirus channel 6007 & 6008 but I would have to say that usually it depends on my mood as to what I listen to.

Country, 50's and 60's, Christian. I think I do better when I'm sewing to have some episode of Law and Order on. I hardly ever watch, just listen.
