I think it's beautiful. Don't listen to that instructor. I love it's colors and I think it looks great. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with the others....different colours and quilt styles for different times in our lives. I can see why you love that quilt, it oozes soft charm and peaceful moments. I understand the purpose of an instructor is to teach and guide, and even show you different ways of looking at things, but to impose colour choices seems a bit soul destroying to me.

Blue,
BOLD is beautiful in some quilts. BUT I really like the color choice that you made. I think it even fits into my personality...does it need a new home? :)

Who cares where or if there are mistakes. I think it's beautiful and I love the color choices. But then i have a passion for rose, mauve colors etc. You did a great job. And your quilts are made to suit your choices not someone elses. GREAT JOB!

I think it's really pretty and you should be proud. You learned how to do the technique, which is more than I have done. I actually like the toned down colors, myself.

You think your colors are subtle, lol, you should check out the one I made. It's posted on here somewhere. I absolutely love your quilt and the colors. When I look at it, I feel peace and calm. What more can one ask for?

I like your quilt, I for one have never liked loud flashy colors
they are much to hard on my eyes to look at, and when I'm wrapped in a quilt I want to feel peaceful, not raved up by bold loud colors. Your quilt is very nice
