I thought I was keeping up, but I missed a few pages full of beautiful DQs. I just love seeing everyone's DQ. Everyone has done beautiful work and the colors are amazing! Thanks everyone for posting pictures. They are beautiful. Did I already say that? lol

I got a squishy today! RJ sent a beautiful spring flowery quilt with machine embroidery. The extras are also very nice, I like the chocolate, my husband thinks the pin magnet is an amazing tool. Guess he must have stepped on a couple stray pins? Mine was sent today to her.

Absolutely beautiful - I really want an embroidery machine - it adds such a special touch to the blocks/quilts.

Beautiful! It's so nice to find others who like pink too. The embroidery is gorgeous too. I keep thinking I would like to have an embroidery machine too, but I'm not sure I'm smart enough to learn to use it. Seems like it would be very complicated. I'm still intimidated by my serger. :-(

Amma and Margie

Your doll quilts are going in the mail first thing tomorrow. I hope you like them - I sure had fun making them just for you.

quiltingbee12,

I received your quilt on Wednesday and it is just lovely. I love the birdhouses and the colors. Also think you for the books and the little scrap of red and black material, don't know if you intended to send it or not, but I will put it in with my 1 inch cuttings for my postage stamp quilt that I on making sometime. I am going to post the pictures I took of my gifts. Hope to have yours done soon.

You don't have to be smart to use an embroidery machine--I learned from following the directions in the book that came with my machine. I have had my machine for 4 years and I am still finding things that it will do.

I don't use it as much as I could--but it is fun when I do
