I just finished a quilt for my daughter that I had to rip out a whole row 'cause I put it in wrong. I did have all the borders on...what a chore. I said a few inappropriate words and started ripping. I was glad when it was finished that I had corrected it, as my daughter is more of a perfectionist than I am. Either way, it's just a matter of choice. I think your quilt is beautiful just as it is.

That's why I'm BFF with my seam ripper. You'll feel better taking the time to fix it. IMHO

Can we see a picture of the revised version?

I drive myself crazy. I really wish I were more casual and forgiving of myself. Everything I make, if it is not perfect and the way it should really be done....I, rip, rip, rip out. I could hire myself out as a "professional-ripper-outer". Your bottom line? Everyone is comfortable with their own thing...you have to decide what you like and don't like. Your quilt is very pretty, it really is...but it would make me so nervous.

I would have to fix it....it would drive me crazy. Wouldn't take long to take that part apart and redo....but, that's just me.

Well, if it's gonna bother you, then rip it. Have to say I like it the way it is...it's got a nice, unexpected twist.

I'd take it apart and fix the problem. It is quite obvious, so I'd fix it.
