    I have seen framed buttons in various patterns as wall art. They were the Pearl white buttons - stars, hearts, spider type webs. Looked very beautiful.

    I picked up a magazine yesterday at Joann's that was filled with craft, gift and decorating ideas using buttons. It is called "Stitch Craft Create" and is the premier issue.

    Oh, be careful how easily you get rid of them! I had a fair amount of buttons from my mom collecting them for decades. While she was still alive, they didn't seem overly important, so in a house cleaning fit, I donated most of them to a white elephant auction at my son's school. Now that my mom has passed away I dearly wish I had kept that big ol' jar of memories. Even worse, the buttons auctioned off for a very small amount of money...

    If any of you want to get rid of buttons, I'd like to have/get/buy, I have a few crafts I need buttons for. and they would be greatly would be appreciated. Like one of you ladies said, I found some crafty ideas that uses buttons. anyway just a thought. psychomomquilter
