Wow bc...another wonderful set...I'm curious, what are you going to use for your sashing? Your blocks are so vibrant..I'm wondering what you are going to choose.

I am going to use black - I'm hoping it will pull all the wild colors together

I am going to start week 19 tonight, but have been to my sewing group and thought I would show you my in between black blocks that I have just started to quilt. However will have to do the Thistle again because I just remembered my blocks are on point darn it. I was surprised at how quickly the quilting went though.

Here goes, got the Thistle for my Birthplace, the Rose for England where I lived for many years, the other block reminded me of some Irish quilting and I have to do something yet for Spain "thinks donno what though"

Butterflyspain, I love your symbols, I can't think of one Spanish symbol - there seem to be so many of them!

Oh Elle...those are super!!!! Great job on them, it is a shame that you overlooked the "on point"...but those are great designs! I'd have to go with the fan for Spain. Thats what I think of when I think of you over there...of course it was on your 1st IRR and thats what I worked on of yours...so to me....a Fan...lacey and pretty.

Have to admit I was thinking along those lines as well, but I want to put that on my cornerstones, but I could one in the actual black design as well I suppose
