I'll be putting binding and a label on a D9P for my daughter today so I can bring it with me when we go to visit the kids next week.

It's a crispy -24 Celcius this morning at our house, and windy enough to slam snow against our walls and across our metal roof. Brrrr.

I'm going to be working on two quilting bee blocks today, one is a values block using half square triangles, the other is a row (8 1/2 inches by 40 1/2 inches) with the theme houses.

If I get those two done I'm going to finish up my shadow box quilt, I have two long seams left and then the outer border.

    Stay warm everyone!

I volunteered to do this, knowing my DIL has little time for such right night. I'm also going to their house this afternoon, in time for them to be able to get dressed without worrying about getting baby spit-up on their ball clothes--and I'm spending the night and part of tomorrow morning so they can sleep-in. I'll be having fun with the babies, and I hope they'll be having fun at the ball.

I went to church this morning and will be going back tonight. I guess I get this a day later than some of you ladies and gents because I noticed that you started on the 12th and I got this on the 13th.

I'm getting all the stuff I need together to teach a fitting class for my ASG group tomorrow. It's going to be four hours with a quick lunch break so should be fun.

Yes it does make sense. I'm new at this and learning my way around the Message Board. It's great when you have a question and get replies .
