    Hi Lori,
Sending virtual Lemonade and lavendar tea cookies your way. I've never made them but they sound like a good match with lemonade or iced tea.

Nice packages coming in. I think it would be awesome to get an exotic package from an international partner. I did get one from one of our Canadian swappers and it was neat and I got one from dabbler and while she was here in the states she included something made in her hometown that is not for sale here, but only in England, that tickled me too! Just an fyi when we send to a country that has a different language than English when the item arrives someone has to translate the mailing address so it can be delivered. That can add a little time to the delivery too.

Oh, Louise, you lucky dog!! That should be a great job for you. I know that with all the cutbacks those govnt jobs are hard to come by. Good Luck! Hope you pass all those checks (said with tongue in cheek).
Oh, my, I don't think I saw the Aug SP signup, I better send Lori a PM right now while I am thinking of it.

I have been away from the board for a while due to some of the reasons Starshine posted. Thanks a lot for saying it all Starshine, I couldn't have put it better.

Just wanted to say thank you to 'cuppy' for my parcel. I'm delighted with everything! A whole yard of gorgeous batik (think it's Hoffman), Mettler cotton thread, which I've never tried before, a really great pen - perfect for me as I have hands like bananas - a nail file, a FQ in a colour way I would never have chosen for myself and absolutely adore, as well as fab patterns.
Thank you so much for your generous gift.
    Eileen
