    I would do them both. Do a thin border of the tan and then a wider border of the burgundy.

    I would do a flange in red (take a strip 2" wide, fold in half lengthwise right side out. sew into seam) and then a wide border of the green.

    Nice idea...can't go wrong with "chocolate"! :-D I notice you didn't call it earth-brown. I do love browns though & think it would work nicely with both the red & green on this quilt. Nice job!
