Yes, that's exactly what I'm planning to do! I re-washed it so hopefully it's done bleeding. Once it's cut and pieced I think I will be the only one to know what happened. I may though just mention it to the woman where I bought it...just so they know how that line of fabric acted. On a second thought...maybe that's why that whole line was in the sale room for 50% off...maybe they already knew that!

I'm sorry this happened to you. I had this happen to me and I rewashed it only to have it fade even more. I think it's the fabric but I'd go ahead and use it.

I think it will be ok to use if you cut in smaller pieces. Did anything happen to the greeen?

Yeah, the green mottled in the same manner as the purple! But I've re-washed it as well and will still use the fabric. I'm with you, after it's cut I don't think it's going to be so noticeable.

Wash it one more time and just go ahead and cut it up. It will still look beautiful.

I am sorry you had this problem with your fabric. I would wash it again to see if it runs or bleeds. If it dosen't, I would use it and enjoy it. I would let the shop owner know though about this problem.

I would still use it. I really had to look to see what you were talking about and when you cut it into smaller pieces it probably won't be noticeable.
