Yes, I use weather underground’s listing for Richmond. They list high and low temps for each day. Their records go back for a number of years, so you could also research historic temps for your area.

Got the ruler work finished. And did some of the waves. Got tired and started getting sloppy. So stopped, had dinner, bath, read. Will finish tomorrow, ~1 hour to go.

Got the quilting finished on Quilt of Valor. It needs threads burried, binding, label and pillow case. Got a month to complete.....doing good Another art quilter started it and I helped her. She made the 5 pointed stars, some of the waves, the eagle and put it together. I did the "statue of liberty" crown, some waves and quilted it. The Guild gives the QOV's out at the November meeting, near Veterans Day. It's a very nice ceremony.

Amanda Murphy ruler work videos were recommended. I'm looking forward to learning much more on ruler quilting. On line videos will be my go to method of learning. And practice! It's awesome that you dont have to turn your quilt, just move the rulers.
Than you for the update. I just got a set of Westalee rulers and the ruler foot and have been practicing on my Singer 15-88. I have developed a true love/hate relationship with that treadle machine. The possibilities with ruler work just keeps me going back for more.
