Oh hun, you shoul dnever pay that much for wrapping paper. What I do is either go to a Dollar store, or wait until after a holiday, and you KNOW everything is on sale then...and i buy 3-4 rolls of whatever looks nice. I use it for tablecloths, presents, confetti...whatever i need it for...

anyway, your idea of scaps is a good one, but that is going to probably be a lot of pillow cases, and before you know it, you will be spending money on more fabric/pillowcases!

sorry, didnt want to dampen your spirits, but I am just saying...

i personally dont use wrapping paper unles i have to i love gift bags dollar tree buck a piece sometimes 2for a dollar add some curling ribbon and a couple of sheets of tissue paper and of course i am kinda cheap sometimes i ask for them back but i have also reused gift bags that were given to me a friend and i spent about 4 years trading a small gift bag back and for birthdays and xmas she gave it back to me forgetting i had used it for hers then it became a challenge to see who wouldnt be able to find some nice that would fit in it as it was a rather small one it.
