    I'm with dunster, i do this as well. and yes a color you would not think of is and can be stunning. Go for it ! let us know !! pic too when done !!

    To keep it soft use a pale blue or pink. To make it pop use a dark burgundy or yellow. Please photograph your end result and share :)

    I to would go with a burgundy. Something you don't have to match. I think another blue would be just to much and leave you wanting.

    Beautiful.... I'd pop it with a Blue that comes close to the room color. Have Fun, no mater what will have a Pretty!!

    I think a thin border of dark blue with a wider lighter color, still darker than the blues in the quilt.

    Nice pattern, it would look good in my own blue bedroom. You did
    a good job on that, love the way it comes together.

    I would go with a little darker color to frame the blocks and make them really stand out. WOW would be too washed out for me with those light colors. If your room is blue, I would tend to the blue as well.
