2020 UFO Challenge
#1131
I just checked to see how many quilts I have finished this year.... 23. Most used stash for top, back and batting. A few needed backing. Of the 23 finishes, I think that only three finishes are UFOs. I am really focusing on minimizing my stash. Perhaps it is time to focus back on UFOs for a bit.

WMUTeach: WOW! I knew you had been showing your finishes but 23? That’s awesome! The amount of stash that’s been used is an extra benefit.
I know I have been using stash too in my quilt tops. Eventually, I will need to connect with our church quilting leader and see if she has any ideas how we can get some of my quilt tops sandwiched and finished. Our quilts go to a charity and I feel bad they won’t be getting our quilts especially with the colder weather coming and the need to help people stay warm.

Took a QOV off the LA last night. It was counted as an August finish because I didn't realize I was going to LA it. Another volunteer will put the binding on. Will try to upload from phone.

This sounds like fun! I have many UFOS because I work on 3 or 4 projects at a time. Have a paper piecing project going, but can only manage an hour on it. Have a multiple size block quilt started, seems to have a million half-square triangles going, sewing masks, and have 2 baby quilts to finish. May I join you late? Thanks!
