I think all of you may as well move to Fl. everything has got AC but you can't go out. It's so hot high 90's and feels like 100 or more. When you come out of the store and the heat comes up from the asphalt and hits you in the face it's hotter than any summer I remember. take care everyone and drink plenty of water. Sue

I haven't read all 8 pages of posts, so I don't know how many responses have been from my area, but at 6:00 p.m. this evening, it was still 90! Tomorrow 96.

For once the humidity is low (40%) which is VERY unusual for us, but that just means that outside is like the inside of your oven. I don't care what anyone says, and some may disagree, but I don't find dry 90 degrees any less miserable than humid 90 degrees. I just hate it no matter how it comes.

well believe it or not, a dry 90 does feel much better than a humid 90. i've lived in Illlinois and west texas desert, i'd much rather have dry weather.

Upper 90's here in central Illinois. Very humid. When I go outside after being in for awhile, my glasses steam up. It can quit anytime now.

I agree. Moved from SF Bay Area and grew up on the south side of Chicago. We now live in LV and definitely prefer dry heat to humid heat.

Where is this cool weather?

I do not know but think we all should go visit until maybe October or November. Move over Sista cause here we come!
