Mom got hers on sale from Mernards for 14.99 and they do work well for sewing just a tad bigger then normal TV trays and the height is adjustable

    Quossum I love your colors!!

I am still plugging away here , still on step 3 my sister got her blocks together- her friend Darcy got one block together before leaving for the night - Ann another friend is on step 4

I really enjoyed this quilt. I'm almost done. Need to add the borders but DH thought he needed supper. Will try to finish the top tomorrow. DH asked what I am going to do with it. Silly man, do we need a purpose to make a quilt? I may put in our guild show in Nov. I'll post pictures tomorrow

Hey, I hear you. I have a Twitter account thanks to this project a few years ago. Their chat room crashed and they moved to twitter.

Here's my day's worth of sewing. I had hoped to have a full quilt, but am happy to have the whole top done. It's the first time I've been able to keep up with the hourly posts, in spite of a couple of seam ripper sessions. **sigh** Now it's time to get moving on dinner because silly me has company coming!

B.zang, love your color choices. It is amazing how color choices can change the look of a pattern.

    Well, here's mine.

Though mine does have a certain...je ne sais quoi to it, I think I like the other color combos that people have posted so far a little better. The purple and pink one is amazing! Mine sort of loses the woven effect with the lightness of the "ribbons" against the background fabric. But I do love that Moda Marble--it has been hanging around in my stash for years and I was happy to use it!

Still, I can't complain about getting an entire quilt top made in a day--what better way to spend New Year's Day?

Enjoyed the mystery so much; I can't wait to see more of the participants posting. I love seeing the same pattern done in all different colorways. Thanks, everyone!

I really wanted to like this mystery quilt... but I have to say that I'm glad I didn't cut my fabric. Today was my son's birthday so I was going to do it tomorrow.. I do believe tomorrow is not going to come for this one for me. :'(
