Hahaha. Hello, my name is Kyiav10, and I too am a quilting addict.

Glad I am not the only one!

Have fun sewing and doing all the other things you'll be doing. I took my sewing machine to NY when I went to take care of my Dad. It was a good idea and I sewed every night for a few hours.. Grace from N.C,

Smiles to all....Thanks for the shoulder! Oh, I'm not really a hand anythinger. LOL
That's funny - I don't go to casinos but once every 3 or 4 years and for just a few hours(I think it is boring and I am too cheap to feed money into a machine run by a computer), but the last time I was at one I sat down in chair next to my husband who was playing a machine and I faced the machine and told him that if there was a sewing machine in front of me instead of a slot machine I would happily stay all day and sew!

oh yeah... I know exactly what you mean. I took my lil 'ole machine with me on our last vacation to the mountains. It was lovely!!! My husband fished... and I started a new quilt. Thinkin' it's time for another one. ;-)

That's the way it is when your sewing machine is attached at the hip!

I usually feel like that too but once I have a few days away I always think, "so this is what people do when they don't sew.". It's a happy realization that the world is big and wonderful! Of course, I get right back to it when I get home!

Laughlin is my favorite place! No quilt shops but there is a Joannes in Bullhead about 15 minutes away just opened earlier this year. I will be in Laughlin myself in a few weeks. Have fun.
