    One has to have made a OBW in order to fully appreciate all those pressed open seams! Your quilt is beautiful and those 3-D blocks are on my bucket list to do one day. My OBW turned out looking like a bunch of rattle snakes in the center because original fabric was with brown pine cones. LOL I suppose I will finish it one day--just not sure when. Congrats again, you do the pattern full justice.

    GREAT!!! Did you figure this out yourself? It's not in my book - at least I don't think it is! I have the open cubes, but they're not interlocking.

    Edit: I just read the rest of the thread: I have 2 of the books, and I guess there's a 3rd that's on my list now!
