Well I haven't been feeling all that great for a couple of weeks now, some days were better than others. I went to WM yesterday afternoon and I felt like a ton of bricks had hit me all of a sudden and I wanted to lie on the floor and sleep and little man started coughing and sniffling and asked if he could take a nap when we got home (never naps). Dh made me go to the Dr. and take Eli with me. 3 hours later I found out that we both have upper respiratory infections. Dh and Dd had went to the Dr. Sat morning and are sick too. Only 1 out of 5 of us is not sick, it always seems to happen that way.

Sandy I am still thinking of you and your family and praying for good news. Bless you, I know it has gotta be hard for you not being able to be there for your cousin's family. Wrap up in a quilt and know that we are here for you.

I feel better when I do a low carb diet. I was on one for 3 years , best three years of my life, then I started eating sweets again and gained the 70 lbs plus more back after loosing it and keeping it off for 3 years.

I have tried them all, I think what works for some may not work for others, It depends on our each individual make up. My self I do so much better on low carb in so many ways.

I'm in the same boat you are Tru. The 180s are kicking my behind! I get below and immediately I go back up. I don't seem to be eating an excess amount of calories, (except that one day). I guess I should drop my calorie intake a bit more. I had increased it so I was consuming about 1,500 calories, so I guess it's back down to 1,200. That extra 300 calories was nice, it allowed me to go out to dinner and have popcorn with a tablespoon of butter at night.

I'm going to try to ride 25 miles today. I have a large friction burn where I sit so it may be hard.

It has warmed up here, it's in the 80s so I feel for all of you with snow and ice!

I am so excited about the project for my secret sister. Take a look at my pda to see how it is going.
