I love them too. Easy to put on and take off, and no pin pricks.

Don't you just love the feeling you get when you finish a quilt!! I am feeling very satisfied right now. And to top it off, I really like the quilt. I am one of those who just can't visualize the final quilt until it is done. I envy those of you who have "the vision."
I remember diagramming also. Only, I thought was a big pain in the A##! Mrs Greene will probably come and haunt me now!
I loved diagramming sentences! Very few of us in the class liked diagramming...I swear I can still remember doing them and getting so enthused about it all while other kids sat there with eyes glazed over.

I use small bulldog clips in a similar way - sometimes.

I use them---best invention ever!!! I can carry the quilt with me to sew on the binding and not worry about dropping pins. Plus they tend to hold the binding on straight and not let it move.

An older gentleman told me about the binding clips when I was in the sewing section of Walmart quite awhile ago. He said his wife wouldn't make a quilt without them. I agree, I always use them for making binding...no pricks, no sticks.

I didn't know anything about them, I'm new at this and think I would love to try them. I have also been stuck a million times.
