    This is going to be a beautiful quilt. My grandma used to use the chicken scratch work on aprons.

    I used to do that but have forgotten all about it. I have a pink tablecloth i will have to find and and send pics.

    I made a table cloth years ago. I remember it being so relaxing and fun to do. Great Job :thumbup:

    Here is a pix of one of the pillows I made. This is the only pattern I knew. I can't get over how many more there are.

    Seems I did a cushion top in c/s in the 80's --gone now
    Just think 2 months ago I was trying to give away about 40
    balls of crochet cotton---I finally did --now i could have shared with all of you.
    I have another bag promised --some skeins were still in pkg-
    so if I get it I will share. Don't know what thread I used but not crochet cotton for sure. I knit and crochet some
    but not with thin thread ever --friends think I need things so share when they want to clear out.

    Naturally,with name like "Morningstar" I like all patterns with stars and the red is stunning

    I used to do Chicken Scratch pillows, but have forgotten how. It was fun.

    Your quilt is beautiful. I love the red gingham.

    I used pink gingham on some pillows years ago.
