I'm an over but 1 of our cats like to under roll the roll. We changed the roll to an under in the bathrooms where he can reach the holder. sometimes he chews holes in the paper but it's not on the floor anymore.
PS It's not the cat in my avatar , he's the good cat.

Over. I heard if you put it over, you are aggressive, if you put it under you are passive. Not sure if that's right or not, but that's what I heard. And yes, I have changed rolls in friends homes.
