Over...because when first married, the bathroom had it under. I reached to get some and got a wooden splinter from paneling under my fingernail. From that day to now..43 years later...it goes over. I taught the kids as babies it was not a toy and same with cats! But I understand it is each to his own kind of thing! I do think there are more overs than unders though. :-)

I don't care how it's on as long as it's there when I need it! LOL took a long time to get my household to just replace the emptys!

I's a under........was an over, but DH would rather be under.

The 2nd bathroom is in a basket. Problem being, some idiot thought that they would hang it past your back on the left, and it hurts me to try to turn or reach behind - the idiot is the one that designed this house when it was built. We are the 2nd owners of it.

I was an adamant under...nothing but under. Then for some reason, I got tired of always changing it, and suddenly, I don't really care any more...lol. As long as there's paper lol

add me to the over group, doesn't seem to matter where I am, will always without fail "fix" the roll if it's not going over! Gives my DH a good laugh, he puts it under just to get to me :)

I was an under when my kids were small, so they would not stand there and just roll it off by hitting the roll. Once they outgrew that stage, I became an over, because you don't have to reach so far. And yes, my husband would just set it on the floor, and we have one of those stands, where it just slides on. lol
