    Now that I purchase my blades from Harber Freight at $1.99 for a pack of 2, I change more frequently. They are the carpet blades, so if they can cut thru carpet, imagine what they can do on fabric. They actually seem to last as long as the expensive ones, so for me, it's great.

    Kris - I also am guilty of that. I bought a wonderful blade sharpener made by "The Grace Company" and it is wonderful. Also, if you have a "Harbor Freight" near you, they have 45mm blades they sell for carpet cutters and they work great in your rotary cutter and cost about $1 for two blades. jody

    I have 6 or 7 rotarys. I usually wait until most of them need changed. Like that's going to make it any quicker. :roll:
