I am so looking forward to these - now to get some yellows ( hint-- hint) and I will be set ... why these colors you might ask... well when my son and DiL got married 2 years ago they did Orange and Yellow for the wedding colors - I have wanted to make them a double wedding ring quilt ( The cheater way with applique ) so wants of variety
Son is a HUGE Tennessee fan.. his wife humored him with the orange and she picked a mellow yellow - it worked really well for a May wedding

hmmm oh wait we did 'feeling blue cause im missing you (blue) with a side of sunshine ( yellow) ... well sorry Sharon B not on the list for 2012 but maybe for 2013.. I cant believe we are already going on to Aprils swap.. Sheesh where has the time gone?!?!?!!?!

2012 are already planned out till November and 2013 is almost planned.. I have ideas for 2013 but i've got plenty of time to make changes..
Ispys, 1930's or Batiks (alternating), and stash busters are a given every year..hint hint..

Head to the library and see if they have any nickel and dimes books.. i have a few of the books but im more of a hoarder of my sqs.. lol.. if i use them then i wont have them.. lol.. ill use from my stash instead... yea i know im nuts.. but i like my tower of layer cakes.. sooooo pretty.. lol..

I know it can be hard to cut them - they all are so pretty I know I am making a jar quilt with the food ones , that is a given .... I have used some of the strips for a strippy quilt I am working on now - will post pics of it when I am done
