Here's what I have in mind for the rest of the year but want your input on September. I was thinking of doing strictly black/white w/ solid white and white/black w/ solid black. Thoughts?? Also, if you'd like to sign up in advance, that would be fine.


Mar - Patriotic – red/white/blue
Apr- Civil War Reproduction
May - Asian w/ solid black
June - Chocolate covered Cherries
July – Batiks Revisited - remember - 1st dibs to people who didn't get in on our January swap. Then open to all.
August – Christmas
Sept – black/white
Oct – Autumn
Nov – red/white
Dec – floral w/ off-white

We are now allowed to sign up for the different months? I already am through one half of the civil war blocks and I plan to do the batiks one. Did not understand the directions for the patriotic ones. What color red, blue? Are they to be patriotic prints only? They are to be partnered with each other or with white or what? Sorry to be so dense!

Jane, will you be posting on the main page, or do we sign up here and now? I would like to be included in all of them for at least 2 sets.I also want to know about the next one, do we use all 3 colors or only 2 of them in each block? If I get another set of the Valentines done can I send them or do you want to be notified first? I really like this block and hope to have enough for a February throw quilt, even if I have to do them myself!
