I think 30 was hard- only because time goes slower and it seems like such a turning mark (and it is). Hitting 40 and 50 put it into perspective! Make the most of it. I think we went to bermuda when I turned 30- mark it in a big way!

I just spent a few days taking care of my 2 grandkids. My 3 yr. old little g-dtr kept asking me "how old are you grandma"? I said I'm old enough to be your grandma. It's a game we're now playing. Actually she calls me "fittengama? (fishing grandma) since their dad brings them out to our lake to fish.
