Ok, guess I will sign up again. Haven't been good at all last month, maybe this will be the month I can get it together. Hopefully the weather will straighten up that one can get out and about with some walking. Good luck to all of you ladies---it's a struggle.

Thank you, Carol. I just finished another nap. Feeding the dogs was interesting. Too bad Lily and Moira can't serve themselves.

Bluteddi, if you really need food to take your meds, a quarter of a sandwich might be enough. No one wants you to cut out food, just cut down.

IMO, carbonated beverages, sugared or sugar free are not food. One of the kindest you can do for your body is to give those up. Sugar is 50% high fructose corn syrup and chemical sugars are toxic. You'll not flatten your stomach ingesting either one of those. Sucrose is the only 'good' sugar. That being said, I'm sure the cookies I bought yesterday have regular sugar in them. I was addicted to one 12 or 16 ounce bottle of Coke a day. I had my last one the day I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in 1994.

Did you know a weight vest helps osteoprosis? I was looking up weighted vests for walking and it had that info. It says by wearing the vest it hardens your bones/spine. google it.

Add me in for this month please. I was able to lose 9 pounds last month & I love the inspiration. BTW, I know the winners from last month, but I truly don't understand how to find their addys. Can you help??
