    There's a store in Portland Or called Scrap. They have a lot of craft stuff that would otherwise be recycled and I have picked up some fabric and notions there. One time, 3 lengths of batting from a roll. They tend to always have more in the back that they don't get out fast enough but if you hit it just right, it can be good. Last time I went, they had lots of Christmas fabric....not as much as me so I passed it up.Usually pretty cheap and if you make a donation, you get a cash discount, too.
