In these days of paying for heavy suitcases, I found UPS real good with prices. I send them a day before I get on the plane and beat them home.

Used to spend our winters in Ca. Always took an extra suitcase with the sole purpose of filling it full of fabric to take home. That was when all of these extra charges didn't exist. What fun in all of those shops.

yeah, you go girl...same story here, i am leaving on tuesday next week for california, taking my dad the elvis quilt i just made him, so there will be plenty of room for the trip home.....yippee......gina

Sounds to me like you better make sure you stop at fabric stores, whether DD is with you or not. Travelling with an empty suitcase is illegal!!!! :lol:
