A friend gave me a tip for this recipe. Don't forget to spray the inside of the ziploc bag before pouring the eggs into it.

I've never sprayed the inside and they've come out fine.

We do this camping, it's a lot of fun.

To make it easier, we use the egg product in the cartons, store brand, of course. It takes up less space then the eggs, is more cholesterol friendly and tastes just as good.

Couldn't you wash out the ziplock bag and resuse it? My grandmother used to resuse foil, bags etc a lot, saved a ton of money not having to constantly buy more.

These are great, been making them for months.
The idea for these is at Christmas or when
you have lots of people in for breakfast,
you can on the night before set it up like
a buffet and let each put in what they like
and write their name on the bag and then in
    the morning
you can put as many as 6 in a dutch oven of
boiling water and they all get to eat together.

No, the bags are not REUSEABLE.
They are kinda icky and shrunken
    after cooking.
