    I am just machine quilting SITD for the first time. Some of my stitching lines go wonky occasionally. But I figure if someone is looking at my stitching that close they deserve to find something wrong. LOL Anyway I always heard is wasn't right to make a quilt that is perfect. Only God makes perfection!

    The Amish say to always leave a mistake. Looking at what I make, I must have a WHOLE clan of Amish in my background.
    I always know ahead of time which relatives are going to pick apart my work so those are the ones I just don't show it to.

    now this just made me feel so good.....
    never been perfect and guess non of us are.
    love those saying I may have to make me a note to hang in sewing room..........lol

    WE are our own worse critics. My family thinks my work is wonderful even when I'm not happy with it. That is good enough for me. I strive for perfection but accept "good enough".
