I have a handiquilter 11 frame and just bought a Bailey 17- yes it is bigger than my quilting area but I solved that

    1) I dropped a pole, I will float the quilt top
    2) I upgraded to the Grace carriage for $99 - I had fears the plastic one would be too fragile under the 34 pounds of weight
    3) my tracks are movable on the tabeltop frame because they are vinyl strips that are ocassionally glued down with double edged tape ......

    Here I go!

I had my Bailey pro 15 on a Hinterberg frame. And it worked fine.
I guess the carriage would be the only issue I can think of in order to use it on a Grace frame.

I have a older little Gracie II frame and just purchased a Bailey 17E and it fits fine. I can not use the full 17 inches because of the limitations of the frame, but someday I'll upgrade the frame.
