    Welcome to the forum. The elbow should ease up after a few weeks off from whatever it is that's aggravating it. Happened to me, when I kept pulling bolts of fabric out from a stack that was placed low, on the floor under my work table.

    Hello and welcome from SW FL. My hubby got tennis elbow from plain old wear and tear on his tendons and joints. Hurts like the devil sometimes. Load up on NSAIDs.
