You could check any of the stencils that would fit either in each block or 9-patch. It seams to me that we hand quilters can use any FMQ designs for our quilts that we want. Hearts, swirls, flowers, feathers triangles, circles.....

It is very a pretty quilt. I love hand quilting, I like the large X and then just let your mood show you what you need to do. Sometimes I do smaller > < .Hope you show us your choices.

My first reaction was randomly placed different size butterflys and a simple flower outline that I could draw myself - very pretty quilt
