    WOW! I just love this pattern. I am a newbie quilter and have been wanting to do a scrappy quilt! Thanks for sharing - this will be my next quilt!

    I have made quilts like this. I sew the strips right onto a block of fabric with batting inbetween and then your block is already quilted.

    Great Idea. I always used the muslin foundation instead of paper. I kind of like this idea, because your quilt doesn't end up so heavy from extra layers of fabric.
