My mom and I have found fabric at Walmart that is exactly the same as what we found at J's and at the quilt shop.

Must be the difference in the store. I have found really nice fabric in some of the Walmarts here (same fabrics I see n the quilt shops) and other stores that just seem to have a poorer quality fabrics.

Our Walmart has quit carrying bolts of fabric (hopefully that will change I miss it), but when I did buy fabric at Walmart I just looked it over very carefully. Some was really good quality and a very good value, some had a very low thread count and was cheap fabric and not good for quilts.

Yes. I checked that and looked for a manufacturer, but as I said, didn't find one. However, I would love to find some 65/35 fabric because it holds its color and what I used years ago in quilts is virtually indestructible. froggyintexas

Call your local manager and tell him/her you want the fabric back. That might speed things up a bit. froggyintexas
