I personally like it without. I also want to add that I am so in love with your multi blue colored fabrics. So if you want you can send this quilt to me, I will gladly snuggle wonderfully with it.

Sorry to hear that your Bday was not the best. Happy Birthday and I hope that tomorrow brings tons of smiles and happiness to your heart. Thank you for sharing.

I love your fabrics! And, I think without the sashings would really show off the secondary pattern so nicely. Sorry your birthday wasn't your best yet...but hopefully this birth YEAR will be fantastic! Happy Birthday!

I say no sashing. Your secondary pattern will show up better without it. Plus you have good choices for the borders with those absolutely wonderful fabrics!

I like the sashing. I have my 55th in Feb. and 54 has been sortof a bummer too. So once we get to the speed limit (least here in my state.) We ott to "uptospeed" again :-) Happy b=day and lets pray for a smooth productive year.

the blue fabric was actually 2 scrub tops I found at a thrift store- i can't afford to purchase any fabric due to medical bills of my own, so when this little store has a bag sale, I get all the scrubs that they have and cut them up for scraps..
