My first goal for 2012 to reorganize. Can I do it and get it done?

Thanks for sharing your pictures. Each post on this topic gives me more ideas - now to try to pull them all together for my space - a goal for 2012 - for sure!!

Believe me if I could do it you will be able to do it, you just have to want to. I just got so tired of fighting that huge table and my husband suggested we see what it would cost to buy a smaller table. His idea, kinda weird for him. They were on sale so we went and looked at them and came home with one. You just may need to set up what you have in a way that works for your sewing style.
You will feel happy with yourself if you get your sewing room organized and set up for easier access to all the things you need. I was up at 7:30 sewing this morning. I don't mind being in there now.

I am working on getting my space more organized and user friendly also. I recently got all my material out of bins where I couldn't see just what I have and put up a small shelving unit in my closet and now I have a better feel for what I've got or what I need to get. I also got a cutting table which helps tremendously. Being able to see what I have has helped me get 5 mug rugs made for Christmas gifts and also I have picked out material to make a tote bag for my sister and found the perfect scraps for an applique Christmas wall hanging pattern that I have. With the holidays upon us now, I will probably only be working on Christmas gifts/decorations but I'm hoping once January arrives I'll have time to make a D9P. I've still got a lot more I can organize but the progress I've made recently has certainly helped inspire me.
