I LOVE it! Good directions, too. Would you object if I made it to sell at our church craft sale?

Thanks for sharing the tute. Your "cake" is absolutely beautiful. I'd love to see pictures of what some of our members make now. Anyone up for the challenge?

Wow, you did a great job with your pdf file. Thanks. I love the dish you used for your cake stand.

Of course not Lynn! Go right ahead! Anyone could have made this up by looking at it.

Pam you are not the only one who would LOVE to see others make a cake of themselves! I mean make a cake for themselves... LOL. That would be awesome!
If anyone makes one, please either post it here or post it on your own thread and send us the link!

Thanks Linda! I was very nervous about making the directions.
Finding the dish was half the fun... we got it at an old antique barn. Been back there three times to find another to no avail.
I just checked out eBay and came up with some neat finds under $10 for mini-cake dishes. The pedestal kind tend to run more than $10. They tend to be listed as glass compote, bon bon, candy or even candle dishes. Saucers tend to cost less and would not tip over easily.
I'll post the links in case any strike someone's fancy. Since the number exceeds the limit for images, i will need to do it in two posts.
