    Yes I agree with barny the giver is the one blessed, and you also well be once you donate them, I hope you got her mothers name so that you can give her credit for making all those blocks. Her mother will be pleased about that I'm sure.

    I was at a yard sale last year bought a beautiful dresden plate made in the 30's. Only damage/repair was where the binding had been replaced on one side. Total cost - $4. Nice to know great-grandmother's hard work was appreciated.

    what a wonderul gift you both have received. I am lucky my DD and DIL quilt with me so I know where my stuff is going. LOL But the more we give the more we get back.

    That is awesome! It's nice to see people do stuff like that. We call it "paying forward" and try to do something nice for someone else when we can. Have fun!
