Yes, I have a lot of scraps because I make a ton of charity quilts to give away. The ends of the backings get cut into squares and strips. This alone creates a lot. Some people give me small pieces--I use them. I've been known to cut up cotton dresses as well. I've quit collecting jeans, though--I have a full box of 6" squares that I am not sure what to do with--I want to make a rag quilt, but the thought of all that trimming hurts my hand!

Not only neat quilts, but a nice color study as well. When I read your heading I wondered which color setting I would like the best. I surprised myself when I chose the red one, I thought it would be the black. Either way they are great.

All three of your quilts are wonderful. I really like the way you got all your scraps a certain size and then made boxes around a certain size block of them.
I keep wondering how many scraps it takes to make a quilt. I must be coming up on having enough. When I get my 2 WIP done. I may start on one of these.

Really like them all. Now if I could only get at my scraps ,an make a quilt simlar to that .I would have gotten rid of a lot. but the more quilts you make the more scraps there are. joyce j
