    You hang the straps on the spindle on either side of the roll then pop the spindle back on it's holder. Or if you have the metal hook kind of holder, you slide one strap then the roll then the other strap.

    If you make the straps too much wider they don't fit right and bunch up around the roll already on the spindle.

    Very nice. I have used paper towel holders in my bathrooms. Each one holds 3 rolls. I got tired of yelling for toilet paper!!!LOL
