    Another idea for rulers is a strip of pegboard hung vertically. Mine is about a foot wide and has the long hooks that slip right through the holes in the rulers. I used to use a slotted piece of wood which sat on the shelf but the larger ones would make it tip and now I just really enjoy having them hanging on the wall by my cutting table. I even hang rotary cutters on the hooks, too...up high (although I don't have small children around). I like keeping these all visible and handy.

    That's a cute idea. I use the command strips and hang them off the CD cabinet at the end of my cutting table. I have 2 on each side and 3 on the backside.

    Now that is a really good idea. I have been trying to think of a good way to store my rulers and this will work. Thank you for posting.
