Check with your dealer and see if they have any gently used machines that are still under warranty. You might find the perfect machine for much less money.

Check out Juki machines. You get a lot more machine for your money and the TL series has a larger harp (it's more rectangular) and I have no trouble machine quilting King sized quilts on it. Both the TL 2010 and the Exceed 600 would be good for a quilter and they are in the $1000 range and I'm sure that you won't buy a Phaff for that.

I've purchased two Rubies and both were done with great financing. The first one (both classified as used) I got a very low financing and the 2nd one with 0 financing charges. I'm sure most companies have these deals. They are expensive but most have better financing than furninture. I've never seen a furniture store not charge finance charges, they might delay them for a few months but they do kick in

I know Brother offer interest free credit on their sewing machines in the UK. Have you tried sewing machine sales in Whitley Bay they have a huge range of machines and ship throughout the UK
