    Very nice...I love your fabric choices....I don't know what Prayers and Squares is....but if you have a group Prayers FOR Squares I'd fit right in!

    Prayers and Squares is a national organization that has quilt groups in many churches who make these "prayer quilts." They are lap quilts which need minimal quilting, because knots are tied in them. (You can see many ties in the one quilt waiting to be tied.) When someone at our church requests a prayer quilt for someone who is sick or needs prayer for whatever reason, the quilt is put out for the congregations to tie the knots and say a prayer, so when the recipient gets the quilt, he sees that he has received many, many prayers.
