    Both are beautiful! I would outline the trees on the first one and then quilt in swag designs in the Bargello part. I would outline the ornaments in the second one and follow the gold ribbon design in the Bargello.

    Mine i have just stitched in the down ditch. I also decided it was going to be quick so my bargello I only moved it down 1/2 way so no matching.

    You have knocked it out of the park! I'd go with outlining and I would suggest sewing the beads on as opposed to ironing. That way the runners will be totally washable. I'm not a fan of iron on as they usually don't hold and there is always the chance of damaging the fabric.
