    Great! I really miss my Mother's Chow Chow! It is one of those canning projects that I assisted her in making many times, but when I looked for a recipe.....a lot of it must have been in her head!! Hers was not the sweet version........sometimes so hot, it needed a warning label! LOL Just depended on the peppers we had available that year!!! (Same way with her salsa!)
