    Thank you all!! I also use a purple disappearing ink pen but I like the idea of the pencil for quilts that I need to mark entirely before quilting...and sometimes leave the markings on for a long period of time. Thank you all - I'm going to order some!!

    I've used both the Frixxion and the Sewline. I actually prefer the Fixxion ... they seem to last a little longer ...

    Be aware that the Sewline leads are .9mm so they won't fit into a standard .5mm or .7mm mechanical pencil.
